Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of finance or related analytical field experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring finance mechanisms including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and consolidate worldwide updates for planning cycles.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools to provide insights on performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Proactively analyze financial data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization, with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial solutions that support growth while maintaining internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to scale finance operations with measurable results.
• Identify and automate manual processes across finance workflows using AI or other tools to reduce cycle times and errors.
