Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of finance or related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with business partners and influence decisions.
• Collect, analyze, and manage quantitative data to lead business improvements and cost reductions.
• Propose and implement policies to improve profitability and competitive position.
• Foster a learn-by-doing environment with on-the-floor associates and managers.
• Lead weekly and monthly financial close activities, planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
• Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are maintained.
