Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with geo finance teams to manage recurring finance mechanisms including WBR/MBR and worldwide planning updates.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools to provide insights and identify trends.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial solutions that scale with growth.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance finance operations with measurable results.
• Identify and automate manual processes across finance workflows using AI or tools.
