Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to partner with construction teams to deliver new data center capacity on time and budget, aligning spend with project milestones and customer demand.

The role collaborates with construction, engineering, technical program managers, supply chain, data center operations, legal and other finance teams to drive cost savings, process improvements, and strong financial controllership in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross‑functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of the regional leadership team delivering high quality decisions with favorable outcomes.
• Become subject matter expert for data center construction costs, tech roadmap, vendors, and regional macro dynamics.
• Establish annual/monthly performance targets, analyze variances, and communicate with senior leadership.
• Identify defects or inefficiencies in finance processes and drive corrective action and automation to scale business.
• Identify and lead data center construction cost savings initiatives.
• Approve and control data center capital expenditure.
• Drive automation initiatives leveraging GenAI tools.
