Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. in Herndon, VA, seeks a Senior Manager – Finance and Accounts to oversee day-to-day accounting, ensure GAAP compliance, and deliver timely reports to leadership.

This 100% on-site role collaborates with corporate departments and government entities to maximize cash flow, support month-end close, AP, payroll, and audits, and ensure accurate data and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong background in AP and payroll accounting.
• Experience with ADP and government contracting accounting.
• GAAP knowledge and federal contract familiarity.
• Deltek/Costpoint Timekeeping and ADP payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP processing and month-end close activities.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and prepare reports.
• Manage payroll processing and W-2 reporting.
• Assist audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Coordinate with government contracting requirements and internal controls.
