Real Time Consulting in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Accounting & Business Operations Manager to lead the accounting function and oversee business operations under the CFO. The role focuses on financial controls, reporting, project profitability, and compliance to support daily business activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years of relevant corporate accounting manager experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
• Experience with audit preparation and document retention requirements.
• 5+ years payroll processing.
• Experience improving department controls and procedures.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks a big plus.
• Experience drafting accounting policies and procedures.
• MS Word and Outlook proficiency; advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and analyses.
• Prepare forecasts, proforma, and budget variance analyses.
• Maintain accurate financial records; assist reconciliations and audits.
• Manage AP, cost processes, and vendor contracts.
• Review contracts for accounting adherence and documentation.
• Lead payroll oversight for multi-state processing.
• Ensure payroll tax and YE 1099/W-2 reporting with PR partner.
• Administer benefits and workers’ comp programs.
• Coordinate finance and operations reporting and project profitability reporting.
