NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate Specialist in Accounting to support journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes within a multi-entity shared-services environment.

This role involves collaboration with cross-functional finance teams and adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards. The position will prepare routine entries, maintain ledger accuracy, and assist with financial reporting while helping optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting, finance, or audit experience.
• Experience supporting journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills.
• Experience in a multi-entity or shared services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounting Execution & Journal Support: Prepare routine journal entries and adjustments; maintain general ledger records; investigate discrepancies; follow internal controls.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations & Close: Prepare reconciliations; support month-end and year-end close; identify variances; maintain close documentation.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist in routine financial reporting; prepare schedules for management and auditors; ensure timely deliverables.
• Process Support & Collaboration: Support process improvements; update accounting templates; collaborate with cross-functional teams; handle other tasks.
