Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring for a Night Shift Operator to run various manufacturing machinery and ensure product quality and quantity according to SOPs and GMPs. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, safety compliance, and accurate data entry on paper, PC, and iPad.

Work hours are 7PM-7AM with a 12-hour, 2/2/3 schedule. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a factory environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Able to use basic digital devices such as computers, iPad, etc.
• Ability to follow safety procedures including Life Saving Rules.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English and comprehend simple instructions.
• Physical ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs., stand, climb, bend, etc.

Responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot common machine faults and perform routine maintenance per operator manuals.
