Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading client onboarding and connectivity initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior SME for file connectivity and lifecycle management.
- Lead client onboarding engagements and oversee production transmissions.
- Analyze requirements and recommend secure connectivity solutions.
- Escalate and resolve complex connectivity issues and incidents.
- Develop and maintain connectivity standards and client docs.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
