U.S. Bank is seeking an Enterprise Transmission Implementation Specialist with Client Connectivity, project analysis and IT data tools experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.

The role focuses on analyzing, implementing and validating managed file transfer solutions for internal and external customers, coordinating with application teams, and training clients on production processes to ensure a successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design managed file transfer solutions for internal/external customers.
• Consult customers through implementation and provide education for timely deployment.
• Coordinate with application teams for complete customer testing.
• Validate requests for completeness and adherence to standards; refer non-standard cases as needed.
• Update workflow tools with implementation data and report on progress and SLAs.
• Train customers on production processes and ensure successful implementation.
