Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with treasury management client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive activities for an optimal customer onboarding journey.
• Define workflows, create training materials, and drive system enhancements.
• Set up customer access to Transmission products and provide technical assistance.
• Track customer requests through completion with strong service and communication.
