Qualifications

• Provides high level technical support and maintenance on file transfer systems.
• Performs complex installation, configuration, and tuning of file transfer products.
• Supports problem analysis for complex configurations of critical file transfer systems.
• Assists in strategic planning and architecture for file transfer platforms.
• Participates in project activities and provides technical assistance as needed.
• Adapts to organizational culture and participates in transition and implementation efforts.
