Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a File Transfer Engineer to design, operate, and optimize secure, high-volume data exchanges across internal systems and external clients. You will work within IT Strategy & Business Management to ensure reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include managing IBM Connect:Direct, IBM DataPower, and AWS Transfer Family, monitoring workflows, and driving automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, support, and optimize managed file transfer platforms (IBM Connect:Direct, IBM DataPower, AWS Transfer Family) for internal and external connectivity.
• Monitor file transfer workflows to ensure high availability and throughput; troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to maintain secure connectivity and production stability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for critical platforms.
• Drive automation for onboarding, configuration management, and compliance reporting.
