This fully remote role involves building relationships with producers, assessing risks, and achieving production targets. Ideal candidates have over 4 years of underwriting experience and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000+, along with a company car and robust benefits including health coverage and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Commercial Casualty underwriting, preferably in the surplus lines/E&S market.
• Production Underwriting and/or Territory Marketing experience required.
• Ability to evaluate complex risks and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess individual risk acceptability, pricing, and coverage for complex policies.
• Develop and evaluate information to make informed underwriting decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with producers and brokers.
