A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Production Underwriting Consultant to expand their underwriting department. This remote position involves underwriting and pricing Commercial Casualty business and managing relationships with producers. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Commercial Casualty underwriting, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000, along with various benefits including a new company car and flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

• 4 - 10+ years experience in Commercial Casualty underwriting, preferably within the E&S market.
• Must have Production Underwriting and/or Territory Marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and price new and renewal Commercial Casualty business.
• Solicit new business and manage renewals.
• Assess risk acceptability and make underwriting decisions.
• Build relationships with producers for business growth.
• Achieve production and loss ratio targets.
