King's Insurance Staffing is looking for an experienced Senior E&S Commercial Casualty Underwriter to manage a portfolio of Commercial Casualty business in Minnesota. The role requires at least 3 years of underwriting experience, primarily in E&S lines, with responsibilities for risk assessment, premium growth, and relationship management. Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of underwriting experience within commercial casualty lines, preferably in the E&S marketplace.
• Role includes production responsibilities or broker-facing territory management.
• Strong critical thinking skills to assess risk and make underwriting decisions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and structure E&S casualty submissions with pricing based on risk characteristics.
• Examine financials and loss history to determine risk quality.
• Build relationships with brokers and agency partners for consistent deal flow.
• Support retention of existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities.
• Manage territory focusing on premium growth and favorable loss experience.
• Track marketplace trends to identify strategic business development areas.
