Qualifications

• Previous utility construction field experience with a focus on crew leadership.
• Ability to train others to industry and company standards.
• Strong communication and classroom/field presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively train new and existing employees to industry and Company standards in some or all listed areas.
• Monitor and adhere to safety processes and procedures.
• Maintain records and documentation regarding employee training.
• Assist managers in creating employee development plans.
