TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Sr Field Trainer to grow our training function, passing on essential field knowledge in the fast-growing telecommunications utility construction sector. This role trains new and existing employees to company standards and industry practices in hands-on field and classroom settings.

You will monitor safety processes, help create development plans, maintain training records, and support managers with employee growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading utility construction crews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally and work in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Effectively train new and existing employees to industry and company standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety processes and procedures.
• Assist managers in creating employee development plans.
• Maintain records and documentation regarding employee training.
• Other duties as assigned.
