Job summary

Farmers Group Inc. is seeking a Field Territory Manager for Nor Cal in the Commercial Auto space. You will manage core Foremost Agency partners, drive premium growth, and maintain strong relationships with agency leadership. The role is remote with weekly travel to field locations and offices.

You will promote our suite of Foremost products, develop and execute agency strategies, and ensure profitability across the territory through performance tracking and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of insurance sales and management work experience.
• Experience achieving profitable premium growth and sales success.
• Commercial auto experience is required.
• Territory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages assigned territory driving profitable growth to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Builds mutually beneficial agency partnerships through consultative engagement with agency ownership and staff.
• Promotes and supports Foremost products and services within the territory, ensuring market share growth.
