Zusammenfassung

Peak Water Services is seeking a Field Technician Level 3 to support operation, maintenance, repair, and documentation of water and wastewater systems in the Helena area. You will troubleshoot complex issues, lead service calls, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with customers and other professionals.

This role requires travel within a three-hour radius of Helena, MT, and participation in on-call rotations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading small crews safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently on complex field assignments.
• Ability to troubleshoot from symptoms to root cause.
• Clear communication of technical issues to non-technical customers.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel within a 3-hour radius of Helena, MT.
• Experience documenting field activities for regulatory use.

Aufgaben

• Independently operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain assigned water/ wastewater systems.
• Lead service calls, repairs, startups, emergencies, and technical troubleshooting.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 staff in the field.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, contractors, labs, and management.
• Support compliance reporting, sampling schedules, logs, and regulatory docs.
• Assist with scoping, planning, and pricing repair or maintenance work.
• Identify system risks and follow-up actions; participate in on-call rotations.
• Produce clear documentation for internal, customer, and regulatory use.
