Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a senior LEAD team member to lead diagnostic support, technical training, and field QA for residential and light commercial HVAC solutions. You will travel up to 75% to support field teams and coordinate with factory QA, product planning, and service priorities.

The role requires extensive HVAC expertise, strong communication, and experience with Salesforce and advanced troubleshooting tools. A technical background and leadership mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in technical discipline or 10+ years HVAC management experience.
• Proven expertise on LG HVAC products, controls, and systems.
• Troubleshoot complex electronic and refrigerant flow systems.
• HVAC industry certifications a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce case management and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage diagnostic support for LG technical staff on assigned products.
• Provide resolution support for complex equipment and failures.
• Create and facilitate advanced product training for staff and Service Champion members.
• Deploy on short notice to LG HVAC markets to resolve complex issues.
• Manage long-term monitoring using advanced tools and devices.
• Oversee LEAD cases from open to close and track KPIs.
• Analyze field quality data to trigger QA actions.
