Qualifications

• Associates degree in technical discipline or 10+ years' HVAC management experience.
• Proven expertise on LG HVAC products, controls, and systems.
• Experience troubleshooting complex electronic and refrigerant flow systems.
• HVAC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic support to LG technical personnel on assigned products.
• Lead advanced product training for field staff and Service Champion members.
• Travel up to 75% to LG HVAC market locations to resolve service issues.
• Analyze field quality data and prepare reports for QA.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication for quality assurance projects.
