Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a senior LEAD team member to manage and deliver advanced training for internal technical support and field teams. Focus areas include field-quality analysis, KPI maintenance, and coordinating factory attention for service priorities with substantial travel.

The role also involves mentoring service staff, developing technical bulletins, and supporting quality assurance across residential, light commercial, and hydronic systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in technical field or 10+ years HVAC management experience.
• Proven expertise on LG HVAC products, controls, and systems.
• Experience troubleshooting complex electronic and refrigerant flow systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Salesforce case management experience and KPI tracking required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic support to LG technical teams across assigned products.
• Lead advanced product training for field support personnel and Service Champion members.
• Travel up to 75% to resolve field service and performance problems.
• Develop and distribute technical bulletins and QA documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors on on-site support projects.
