Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Must maintain driver's license in good standing.
• Comfortable working at heights (>50 ft).
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networks.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, system integrations, and diagnostics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment including Windows/Linux hardware and networked systems.
• Complete reports and communicate across shifts.
• Respond to maintenance requests and alarms promptly.
• Restore equipment to operational status quickly.
• Maintain spare equipment and parts.
• Recommend preventive maintenance actions and programs.
• Lead and train technicians.
