Job summary

TransCore, a subsidiary of ST Engineering, seeks a Lead Technician to join our team in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will perform on-site or in-house servicing, repair and installation of customer equipment, including radar, video, network and sensor systems, and will support field technicians.

You will lead and train technicians, document actions, and respond to alarms and maintenance requests while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; advanced education preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train technicians on site or in-house.
• Install, service, repair, and configure customer equipment.
• Respond to alarms and maintain records and reports.
• Ensure documentation and compliance per policy.
