Job summary

IK Systems seeks a senior Install & Service Technician III to lead advanced installations of low-voltage security systems. You will configure, test, and troubleshoot cameras, access control, and IP networks, coordinating across vendors to deliver integrated, reliable solutions.

Ideal candidates bring deep field experience, independent problem-solving, and a commitment to safety, documentation, and continuous improvement in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience installing enterprise low-voltage security systems in commercial environments.
• Knowledge of IP-based security, networking, and technical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced installation and configuration of surveillance, access control, intrusion, and data network hardware.
• Lead system commissioning and testing to ensure operation per specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve wiring, hardware, and software issues across vendors.
• Integrate multiple security subsystems into cohesive operation and document results.
• Maintain safety standards and detailed service records for future reference.
