Job summary

Matthews Marking Systems is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to provide on-site services including installation, training, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades of marking equipment. Travel will include Georgia and surrounding states; a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or technical certification in related field.
• 6+ years of service technician experience.
• Willingness to travel locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Install systems including custom applications and start-ups on-site.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; provide customer support.
• Train customers, distributors, and team members on safe operation.
• Maintain equipment inventory, tool kits, repair parts, and company vehicle.
• Keep Salesforce cases updated to enable timely billing.
• Support sales during calls and with new products.
