Qualifications

2–5 years of field service or related experience preferred.
Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territories.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment per standards.
Perform preventive maintenance and testing to maximise performance and reliability.
Provide technical support via phone, remote, or onsite service.
Deliver customer training and equipment demonstrations.
Maintain accurate service records and manage parts/inventory.
