Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Field Technician to join our Field Services Team to provide on-site end-user support, telecom installation, programming, maintenance, and repairs for numerous telecommunications systems and related equipment.

On the EITaaS program, this role supports enterprise ITSM, service desk, endpoint management, and security solutions to enable DoD missions. Travel up to 10% across CONUS/OCONUS as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may substitute for 5 years).
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+)
• Proficient with Windows desktop operating systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to obtain secret clearance.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes of computers, monitors, and other hardware.
• Active secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy desktops; troubleshoot hardware and manage OS, BIOS, disk and encryption.
• Install and troubleshoot end-user apps and certificates.
• Repair and restore data files and manage permissions.
• Document actions in trouble tickets and meet SLAs.
• Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail; troubleshoot issues.
• Configure printing, scanning, and fax on multi-function devices.
• Assist with user moves including connectivity, computers, and phones.
• Prepare obsolete assets for disposal.
• Assist other IT teams as needed.
