Job summary

CACI International invites applications for a Field Technician to support on-site end-user services, telecom installation, programming, maintenance and repairs across diverse systems. This role, part of the Field Services Team, includes CONUS field support and lifecycle management for end-user devices, enabling mission-focused IT outcomes.

Qualified applicants will have a Secret clearance, extensive Windows/Outlook proficiency, and the ability to lift equipment.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
• IAT Level II certification (Ex: Security+)
• Must be proficient with Windows desktop operating systems.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to obtain secret clearance
• Ability to lift and carry boxes of computers, monitors, and other hardware

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy physical and virtual desktops; troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, monitors, and docking stations; manage OS, BIOS, disk and data encryption.
• Install and troubleshoot end user apps and certificates.
• Repair and restore data files, decrypt inaccessible files, apply and troubleshoot permissions.
• Properly document actions in trouble tickets and meet all SLAs.
• Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail, troubleshoot phone issues.
• Configure print, scan, and fax features on multifunction devices, troubleshoot communication issues.
• Assist with user moves, including connectivity, computers, and phones.
• Prepare obsolete assets for disposal.
• Assist other IT teams as needed.

The Opportunity

CACI is looking for a skilled Field Technician to join our Field Services Team to provide on-site end-user support, telecom installation, programming, maintenance, and repairs to a wide variety of telecommunications systems, and to other related systems.

On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.

Responsibilities
