Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Field Technician III to lead field crews, perform advanced testing and maintenance on substation equipment, and support engineers during commissioning.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical testing, NETA III certification, and strong safety and communication skills. Excellent pay, benefits, and career development await in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology or military experience preferred.
• 5+ years in the electrical testing/maintenance field.
• NETA III certification is required or preferred.
• Industry certification programs (Infrared, Corona, Oil Analysis, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and ensure safe, compliant operations on high/medium/low voltage equipment.
• Perform advanced testing and diagnostics on breakers, transformers, grounding systems, and switchgear.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical/control issues using schematics and diagrams.
• Direct repair, replacement, and maintenance activities to restore equipment functionality.
