Job summary

Quinn Company is seeking a Senior Field Technician to diagnose, service, maintain, and repair heavy equipment at customer sites. You will travel with a fully equipped service truck and apply mechanical skills to keep machinery productive and safe, ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires diagnosing Caterpillar equipment, using Cat ET and diagnostic software, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining comprehensive service records.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on Caterpillar equipment.
• Use specialized tools and diagnostic software to complete quality repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency services to minimize downtime for customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and inspection documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and service teams about equipment issues and repair plans.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at every job site.
