Job summary

CobbFendley seeks a Senior Field Technician for our Fort Worth office. You will lead field operations for civil infrastructure projects, applying 10+ years of experience in the field and using ArcGIS SUE data collection to document conditions on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, mentoring junior crews, and ensuring safety and quality across all field tasks in varying weather and travel conditions.

Qualifications

• Proficient with 10+ years of field experience in civil infrastructure.
• Knowledge of field operations, safety requirements, and environmental considerations.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and travel regionally including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex field tasks with minimal supervision.
• Lead field investigations and mentor junior technicians.
• Coordinate with project managers and survey teams.
• Document field data with photographs and sketches.
