NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II in Hartford, CT to join our Field Services team. You will install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems, and handle network issues with remote connectivity.

The role requires valid US work authorization, a driver’s license, and ability to travel. Comprehensive training is provided and opportunities exist for advancement within a global leader in financial technology.

Qualificações

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient with basic PC operations and hardware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field service tasks.
• Willingness to travel and work in assigned territories.

Responsabilidades

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Communicate with customers professionally and focus on resolution.
