NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, in Hartford, CT. The role suits candidates with mechanical aptitude and a customer-focused approach, or transferable technical skills.

The company provides formal training and classroom instruction to accelerate growth within a high-impact, field-based team. Local travel within the assigned territory is common.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related field service or technical experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electronics knowledge.
• Willingness to travel within territory and perform rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system configuration issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
