Job summary

NPAA is seeking a Senior Field Technical Service Representative based in Lenora, Kansas. This role involves tracking line performance, quality trends, and providing technical support in the coatings industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer-based technical experience in coatings industry.
• Ability to wear a respirator and all necessary PPE.
• Ability to work off shift hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations with customers and Lansing personnel.
• Track and communicate inventory levels for effective stock management.
• Assist in generating reports and documentation as required.
