Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree.
• Must be able to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Re-enabling ports and VLAN changes on Access Switches.
• Assist government counterparts on-site and off-site.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware across multiple security classifications.
• Provide first-class customer service with professional communication.
• Create knowledge base documentation of services and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel via multiple channels.
• Support organizations with technical and digital solutions including VIP coverage.
