TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking multiple Survey Party Chiefs in Ohio to manage a field crew of 1-5, assign tasks, and evaluate performance across boundary and topographic surveys, including ALTA, GPS, hydrographic, and control surveys.

Most work is field-based in varied conditions, focusing on data collection, plan reading, and safety compliance. A valid driver’s license and a surveying license/LSIT are required, with Trimble software experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Crew Leader/Party Chief.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Surveying license or LSIT.
• Five or more years of experience as a Crew Leader/Party Chief.
• Experience with Trimble or similar software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation and maintenance of survey equipment and assist training others.
• Prepare field sketches, drawings and high-quality field notes.
• Assemble instruments and measuring devices for survey work; operate level, transit, theodolite, and total stations.
