Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Sr Field Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive service across personal, farm & commercial lines. You will train newer staff, mentor teammates, and ensure accurate timesheet submissions in line with policy.

The role is 100% in-office and requires effective communication with agents, CSRs, and MLGA partners. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of customer service experience, strong insurance knowledge, and familiarity with operating systems for multiple lines of

Qualifications

High school diploma required; four to six years of experience.
Knowledge of insurance across multiple lines of business.
Experience with insurance operating systems and related tools.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred; insurance designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Answers telephone calls promptly and provides solutions.
Answers emails and documents content of calls and emails.
Onboards new agents/agencies and familiarizes them with resources.
Participates in project teams for system development, enhancement, testing and training.
Provides training to new team members and works on special projects as needed.
