Job summary

Michigan Farm Bureau is seeking an ADO Field Trainer/Customer Service Representative in Michigan. You will lead field staff training and provide comprehensive support to independent contractor agents to quote, sell, and service clients.

You will handle inquiries, process transactions, and assist with policy servicing, billing questions, and member benefits. This role requires licensing and a commitment to ongoing training, with face-to-face interactions in a field-office setting.

Qualifications

• Associate`s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Active P/C license required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Willingness to pursue continuing job-related training and education required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff training and customer service support for independent agents.
• Assist customers with questions regarding billing, coverages, and member benefits.
• Answer and own incoming calls to the Agent Development Office during business hours.
• Research and resolve policy issues by phone, in person, email, and via reports.
• Oversee daily office operations of the Agent Development Office and policy servicing.
• Provide multi-line subject matter expertise for staff and agents; train on lines of business.
