Farm Family is seeking a Sr Field Support Specialist for an all-onsite role in Omaha, NE. You will support field personnel across personal, ag, and commercial lines and mentor newer team members.

Candidates should have a high school diploma plus 4–6 years in customer service with strong insurance knowledge and experience with insurance operating systems. This position requires on-site work and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Four to six years of experience.
• Minimum of four years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of insurance required; in-depth knowledge of lines of business for multiple disciplines.
• Experience with insurance operating systems; in-depth knowledge of operating systems for multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone calls promptly providing solutions to the caller's questions.
• Answers emails promptly providing solutions to the writer's questions.
• Documents content of calls and emails.
• Contacts new agents/agencies to confirm set up and familiarize with resources.
• Participates in project teams for assigned system development, enhancement, testing, and training.
• Assists with training of new team members.
• Works on special projects as needed.
