Qualifications

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (or Personal Lines).
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone.
• Ability to make outbound calls and follow-up with leads.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in payments and records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers by phone, email, and in person.

• Follow up with leads and prospects from marketing and referrals.
• Schedule appointments for licensed agents and producers.
• Prepare and provide insurance quotes as directed.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to agency producers.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Process policy changes and other insurance transactions timely.
• Support daily agency operations and deliver outstanding service.
• Build positive client relationships and contribute to retention.
• Follow agency procedures and compliance requirements.
