Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead the ALS team in Williston, North Dakota. You will oversee field crews, ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to customer requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating planning, equipment readiness, and delivering superior service while mentoring staff and maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel may be involved as needed to support operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10+ years operational experience with 1–2 years supervising experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; an Associates degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute field operations with safety and quality in mind.
• Lead field crews and provide technical guidance to troubleshoot and optimize service delivery.
• Coordinate job planning, mobilization, execution and demobilization with accurate documentation.
