Job summary

Qualifications

Oil & Gas experience, 2–4+ years.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

Participates in daily operations, safety meetings, JHA, and reports issues promptly.
Maintains equipment, facilities, and work area in safe condition.
Repairs machines and equipment using standard tools.
Inspects parts with calipers, micrometers, or similar measuring devices.
Follows maintenance processes: disassembly, cleaning, testing, and assembly.
Senior roles may lead and supervise the R&M team and ensure SOP compliance.
Orders parts from approved suppliers per Weatherford procedures.
Supports LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
