Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have 3 years’ experience in Oilfield cementing.
• Must have a valid Class A driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crew and cementing operations from planning to production readiness.
• Coordinate with customer representatives on job scope and status.
• Manage equipment maintenance and readiness for cementing jobs.
• Recruit and mentor crew members; ensure safety and company policies are followed.
