Brayman Construction Corporation is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee the execution of a major Ohio River tunnel project. You will lead a large field team, manage near-surface construction, utilities, and traffic coordination, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on multiple fronts.

The role requires strong leadership, deep experience in heavy civil and tunnel projects, and the ability to coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and public agencies in dense urban

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible heavy civil, tunnel, deep foundation, or major infrastructure construction experience.
• Experience serving as the senior field leader coordinating multiple superintendents and trades.
• Experience in congested urban work zones with complex utility restrictions and public interfaces.
• Experience with contracts, specifications, reports and records; hiring and training of union trades.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership for the project and oversee multiple superintendents and crews.
• Lead field planning, work schedules, manpower, equipment planning, and coordination.
• Enforce safety expectations and field leadership standards.
• Coordinate near-surface construction, utility relocations, traffic interfaces, and public interfaces.
• Develop schedules and work plans; monitor production in the field post-award.
• Manage hiring plans, staffing, and equipment needs across the project.
