Brayman Construction is hiring a full-time Superintendent to support Near Surface Construction Activities for the ALCOSAN Ohio River Tunnel Project. This position requires leading field teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring safety and quality on complex urban worksites in congested environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supervises field staff, craftworkers, and subcontractors.
• Prepares work schedules and assignments.
• Communicates and enforces safety procedures.
• Plans and coordinates near-surface construction activities in congested urban areas with limited laydown space and restricted access.
• Identifies, communicates, and manages complex utility restrictions, including overhead and underground utilities.
• Coordinates daily work sequencing with project management, engineering, subcontractors, utility owners, municipal representatives, inspectors, and other stakeholders to minimize impacts to schedule and the public.
• Helps develop schedules, work plans, and productions during bidding; monitors field productions after award.
• Ensures compliance with safety plans and project specifications; monitors performance of workers.
• Trains and develops employees for current and future roles; supports regional growth and budgeting.
