Job summary

Hoffman Construction Company seeks a Process Waste Mechanical Superintendent for an onsite Boise project. You will lead the mechanical construction team, manage scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and QA/QC, ensuring safety and compliance on large semiconductor facilities.

The role requires at least five years of mechanical construction experience, extensive hi-tech fabrication exposure, and proficiency with project controls and design tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of mechanical construction experience.
• Extensive experience on large industrial and hi-tech fabrication projects.
• Experience with Fab/Subfab/Cleanroom environments.
• OHSA 30 Certification.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, and document control tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittals for Owner/Architect review.
• Oversee QA/QC programs and safety protocols.
• Provide design/construction resolution and cost-estimate input.
