Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience in commercial projects, particularly with high-end amenities.
• Experience should include supervisory responsibility as General Foreman or Assistant Superintendent.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules and maintain accurate reports on project status.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective coordination and supervision of subcontracted work.
• Conduct regular reviews of project progress with Project Manager and client representatives.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and requirements.
