Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Experience with NYC public building projects is preferred.
• Flexibility for first and second shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and weekly activities of subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain accurate project records and supervise self-performed work.
• Ensure timely approval of submittals and track long lead items.
• Support jobsite reporting requirements including daily reports and schedules.
• Attend all required jobsite meetings and maintain quality control.
